Re: Amendments 2012-2013

The Skate NB Competition Committee is currently accepting Amendments from Skate NB Members, Clubs, and Committees etc.

All Amendments MUST be received before midnight, February 24th 2012 and sent to:

The chair of the committee concerned MUST sign all amendments. Example – Judge making amendment – signed by Officials Chair, Coach making amendment – signed by Coaches Chair etc. and Club making amendment signed by the club president. Failure to have the amendment signed or in the proper format will result in the amendment not being brought before the AGM.

**Also note that the person signing the amendment MUST be available at the AGM to present the amendment and if need be answer question. In case of not being available, I must receive written notice prior to the commencement of the AGM and be advised of person who will be acting on their behalf. Failure to do so, will result in the amendment not being presented to the membership!

Following the review of the Amendments, the Competition Committee will bring the amendments to the Skate New Brunswick Board and distribute to the Clubs. Amendments will be voted on at the Annual General Meeting in April. Please note that a discussion/presentation of the Proposed Amendments might be organized during Spring Skate.
